This American Made Full bullnose router bit is a profile 'V', position 1. It is a very aggressive profile tool for doing ogee edge details on 40mm granite and other natural stones. These are equipped with 2 bolts, 8mm and 10mm to fit Master, Sector and other profiling machines. Since they are continuous impregnated diamond tooling they give consistent details with less chipping and smoother finishes. This tool will shape the edge of your granite slab into the full bullnose shape that you want. It is designed for long life and works on all granites. These tested better than any other diamond router bit for life and they cut very fast - you will love them. PLUS, they are made in the USA!!!
You can use this bit followed by the position 2 and position 3 diamond router bit behind this one to shorten your completion time as you will have to spend much less time polishing the edge to match the factory finish.
